Lady Prospectors handle Harrison, improve to 1-1

HARRISON – The Granite volleyball team easily handled the Wildcats in Harrison Saturday night, winning 25-9, 25-8, 25-9.
The victory advances the Lady Prospectors to 1-1 on the year ahead of their home opener Thursday against Sheridan in Philipsburg.
Granite collected 15 team kills in the match, with Amelia Hill getting five of them. Emma Grange led the locals in assists with nine and blocks with 1-1/2. Sierra Metesh had seven of the Lady Prospectors’ 20 digs and Haddie Tallon had six of Granite’s 21 service aces.
