TIP-OFF RDP: Prospectors let one get away against Clark Fork
FRENCHTOWN – The Prospectors watched a nine-point first half lead disappeared into the second as Clark Fork escaped with a six-point win, 57-51.
“We really missed some great opportunities in that first half to put more points on the board,” said Granite Head Coach Dustin Keltner. “In the 2nd half, we came out flat and Clark Fork hit some big shots at key moments. We are all a little disappointed because we know we let one slip away. Now we have some time to get some quality practices in before conference play starts.”
Jaxon Lee led the Prospectors with 16 points with Kade Cutler close behind at 14. Brian Ward rounded out the double-figure scoring with 10.
Bryan Mack was the leading scorer for the Wildcats with 16.

The Lady Prospectors fell to AA Sentinel JV in their final day of the tip-off tourney.
Leading by six after on e period, the Spartans pulled away with an 18-6 second quarter run that put them ahead for good.
Sarah Goff led Granite with five points. Shelby Struna and Audrey Radtke each had three while Haddie Tallon shipped in two.
"We learned some things about our team that we need to work on," said Lady Prospector Head Coach Brandon Pizzola. "We have a couple weeks until our next game so we will continue to work hard and keep improving.

The Trojans advanced to 2-0 on the year with a blowout win of the Eagles.
Drummond came out fast and hard, outscoring Two River 17-1 in the opening stanza. Luke Holland led the surge with seven of his team-high 16 points while Jonah Parke shipped in five during the run and finished with 12.

The Lady Trojans fell to 0-2 on the year as the suffered a 12-point loss to the Lady Vikings.
Charlo opened the game with a 16-12 run in the first period and the Lady Trojans were never able to overcome the advantage.
Sydney Phillips led Drummond with seven points while Sara Kielley added six.
