Young anglers get hooked at Father’s Day Fishing Tournament
DRUMMOND – It was another good turnout for the annual Father’s Day Fishing Tournament Saturday. The event was held at Conat’s Pond in Eastern Drummond.
Hasten Burner had the most fish of the day with six, winning the Age 0-4 division. Kelsey Greany (Age 5-9) and Grace Anderson (Age 10-14) each snagged three fish on the day and won their respective divisions. The division winners each received a fishing pole for their efforts.
Anderson also had the biggest fish of the day at 13 inches and received a $10 cash prize.
