Get your last runs of the year in at Discovery Ski Area

ANACONDA – With ski season coming to a close in the coming months, now is the time to get out and enjoy the powder before the sun shines bright on the Treasure State.

Discovery Ski area near Philipsburg, Montana is currently holding between a snow bottom of 18 inches and a top of 36. With additional weather fronts moving through the area, now is a great time to get a few more runs in before the spring thaw.

If you’re planning to come in for a few days, you’ll need a place to stay. Discovery currently offers ski & stay packages through just two area establishments, one being the Marcus Daly Motel in Anaconda.

This family-owned motel has been in service for over 30 years, providing area visitors with some of the best, well-kept rooms around. It was once chosen by golfing icon Jack Nicklaus over area chain hotels for a stay he made in the area.
