Granite sweeps past Pirates on the road

VICTOR – The Granite Lady Prospectors were in sync Thursday as they bested the Lady Pirates in Victor 25-11, 25-16, 25-12.

Montannah Piar led the Granite hitters with nine kills and a block, a dig, and three aces. Ramsey Smith logged just three kills, but led in blocks (2) and aces (11). Ella Tallon had all of her team’s 14 assists.

The Lady Prospectors will host Valley Christian in a key District 13C match Tuesday before heading up Montana’s Highway 1 to Drummond Thursday for a rematch with the Lady Trojans in Drummond.
