Lady Prospectors advance in tourney with easy win over Lincoln

 FRENCHTOWN - The Granite girls basketball team made easy work of the Lincoln Lady Lynx Thursday, winning 59-18 in the first round of the District 13C Tournament in Frenchtown. The Lady Prospectors ran out to a 27-10 first quarter advantage and never looked back. Granite sported a very balanced scoring attack led by Lucia Lee with 11 points and Asha Comings with 10. Four other Lady Prospectors had six or more points as well with GHS Head Coach Brandon Piazolla clearing the bench early in the game.
