Lady Trojans rebuke Lady Red Devils in straight sets

PABLO – The Drummond Lady Trojans got off to a fast start Thursday in their opener at the District 13C Volleyball Tournament. The even is being held at Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana.

Drummond beat Noxon 25-13, 25-13, 25-13 and advance to the Winer’s Bracket Semifinals to play Charlo Thursday at 4:30 p.m.

Junior Kimber Parsons led all attackers with seven kills and four blocks. Anna Kate Sawfer led in assists with 20 and aces with six. Brooke Hicks was Drummond’s top defender with 17 digs.
