Letter: Unemployed worker seeking assistance

To the Editor,

I was hoping your station could help us unemployed folks figure out how we can get through to the unemployment officials. I know several people, myself included, who have applied but upon completion of the application a screen pops up and tells us to call the state. When we try to call we get 2 rings and then it goes to a busy signal. I know the system is overwhelmed, but a recorded message or email blast would ease a lot of fears.
