Six named to All-District Volleyball squad

GRANITE COUNTY – Four Lady Prospectors and two Lady Trojans were tabbed as the cream of the crop for the 2021 District 13C volleyball season.

Granite’s Reece Pitcher and Asha Comings, along with Drummond’s Holly Hauptman, were named as First Team All District selections, with Pitcher and Hauptman getting named to the All-State team as well.

On the Second Team were Drummond’s Jessie Struna with Granite’s Anna Belle Locke and Lucia Lee.

Drummond staged a dramatic comeback in the District Tournament to earn a berth in the Western Divisional, while Granite finished just out of the running in third.
