Titans' Burden nominated for Player of the Week in Missoulian poll
MISSOULA - What better way to get warmed up for the coming election season than by casting a few votes this week in The Missoulian's Player of the Week balloting?
Flint Creek's Tyler Burden was nominated for the award after an epic, record-setting performance Friday night. He carried the ball 39 times for 457 yards, five touchdowns and a pair of two-point conversions.

You can vote once per day throughout the week.
The Titans' 34-18 victory over now second-place Ennis secures first place in the South Central Conference. Should the locals hold on to that position through the end of the regular season, they would play all of the playoff games at home at either Drummond or Granite high schools.
