Westphal moving on from Granite County Hospital District

Granite County Hospital District is announcing the resignation of Ashley Westphal, FNP. Ashley will no longer be providing health care services effective August 31, 2021.

Westphal is leaving GCHD in good standing and is wished every success in the future. She has been a valued and respected member of our health care team and has served our community with professionalism and compassion since 2013. Granite County Hospital District providers, Eddie Amberg, PA-C and David Neill, PA-C are still available to meet your health care needs and we welcome you to arrange your next appointment with them.
